Nisaa's plentiful questions thread

Well if says there that if it's bigger than a dirham it's okay.. but somehow that's a bit confusing... if it's smaller than... do you think it means?

I do want to know.. like I don't need to know right now, but would like to know

What I understood from reading it is, 'Even if it is greater than the size of a dirham'.

But now I'm a bit confused aswell. Insha Allah Admin will help.

I dunno how big is a penny and that stuff, but if you put your thumb and index finger together then that's about the size of a dirham.

It's because najaasah that is less than the size of a dirham doesn't break your salaah, now in this case the person didn't know of the najaasah until after he had already made the salaah and everything, then for him even if the najaasah is bigger than a dirham he doesn't have to repeat his salaah

You know when you wake up get the funky eye stuff sometimes if you've had a bad night or you'll ill does that affect validity of wudu or no? Apparently there's a weak hadith about the Prophet (pbuh) wiping his eyes whilst washing his face, and that this act is mustahab... also read that a little bit can be overlooked since they're usually hiding in the corners. What do you think? =/

i dunno what funky stuff you're talking about but no it wouldn't affect the validity of your wudhu.

Well if a person finds himself having funky eye stuff diesese then he should make sure he does something about it innit

What do you do if you thought "oh ! I must do the forgetfulness prostration" then realise after finishing that you didn't have to because you never did anything to make it wajib... repeat? (keep in mind, you've finished the salah now and done the forgetfulness prostration) at the time you thought you might have made it wajib, so made it..

Aye, you make it during your final tashahhud if you're making 4 rakaats, after the salaam and two sujoods you return to your tashahhud position and continue as normal.

Right so you come down from 4th rakaah, do your sujood? =/ Sit for tashahud, salaam, sujood then normal or don't you do the first pair of sujoods? Sorry retarded brain and all, must clarify!

But

You make your salaah as normal right until the time comes to make salaam, then you make salaam to your right and make two sajdahs, then you return to your sitting position, recite tashahhud and everythign again, and then make your two salaams.

So yes you do make the first pair of sujoods.
