Copy the link and paste it into a download manager like flashget, orbit, DAP etc.

i aint geeko to understand those jargons

Okay then, download flashget from here: http://www.flashget.com/en/download.htm

Then install it, then come to this thread and copy the link from http:// until the end Dummies.rar, then open flashget, click the button "new" and it should pick up automatically the link you copied, then click "okay" and it will start downloading.
