Sending salah wa salaam when reciting Qur'aan

Alhamdulillah, I got taught that when the messenger of Allah's name comes in the Qur'aan or when the Qur'aan addresses rasoolullah sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, we should send salawaat upon him.

Example: Yaa ayyuhul muzzamil. We should said say sallallahu 'alayhi wasalaam. Or 'anta' is being referred to the messenger of Allah sallallahu 'alayhi wasalaam, then we should say this also.
