Allah Is Enough For Me

Surely Allah is enough for me
We’ve been promised eternity
No time to live dangerously
Created to worship Him only
Good or bad it’s destiny
Whatever happens is a test surely
For you and all humanity
So worship with sincerity
Fill this empty world with piety
Command the good, be trustworthy
Iman’s our shield against all cruelty
Caged so long let your deen fly free
I pray for peace and prosperity.

Lose your love of this world
Or you’re doomed for Hell
When your life’s going to end
Only Allah can tell
In His name, your wealth you spend
Don’t be of those who in ignorance fell
To a fiery place dreaded by all
So for previous sins make amends
Pray for Mercy and all is well.

Lower your gaze
And fill yourself with humility
Clothe yourself in modesty
Purchase humility
Feed your heart with sincerity
Drink from the well of piety
Warm yourself with unity
Shelter in simplicity
Aid all those in poverty
Forbid haraam prevent cruelty
Be upright be trustworthy
Stand by this deen consistently
Love each other beautifully
And say:
Allah is enough for me.
