Train hard my brother your body has rights over you.


Worry not over small things my brother. They always take care of themselves.


Live not in regret my brother everything happens for a reason.


Rejoice my brother for the sins fall off you like raindrops.


Never let them break you my brother for they wish to have what you have.


Take note my brother on how much you can live without.
