Sahabi (companions of the Beloved)

The word of Islam cannot be caged,
No matter how much war has been waged.
Withstanding the torture and ridicule thrown,
Their deen cannot change since the truth is known.

Battles were fought and blood was shed,
Following the right path wherever it led.
They fought to preach that Allah is our Lord,
Threatened with death and killed by the sword.

All true Muslims must recite,
Believe, act, and let it be a light:
La-illa-ha-illalah,
There is no God but Allah,
Muhammadur-rasul-lalah,
Muhammad is His messenger.

They were companions to the best of creation,
To whom was given the greatest revelation.
The Qur’an was sent down to the holy Nabi,
So respected, noble and pure was He.

With all their effort they tried to warn,
Between kin and religion they were torn.
Since all the Kafir were playing with fire,
For it’s the Shatan that Kafir’s admire.

All true Muslims must recite,
Believe, act, and let it be a light:
La-illa-ha-illalah,
There is no God but Allah,
Muhammadar-rasul-lalah,
Muhammad is His messenger.

The Angle of Death may have to wait,
But once Azrael’s done it’ll seal your fate.
It’ll take your soul at the time of death,
Witnessing your final breath.

When Israfil blows the horn,
The Final Day at last shall dawn.
And Allah shall judge all our deed,
As our Lord and Master had decreed.

Muhammad is His messenger.

Sinners will burn in the depths of hell,
Jannah is where true Muslims will dwell.
The Sahabi fought much for our right,
So why don’t we enter the holy light?
Why don’t we now embrace Islam?
Instead of committing revolting haraam?

So brothers and sisters why don’t we unite,
Worshipping Allah in the twilight?
‘Till the stars shine bright and we fall asleep,
Islam in our souls intensely deep?

All true Muslims must recite,

There is no God but Allah,
Muhammadar-rasul-lalah,
Muhammad is His messenger.

With sincere devotion why don’t we fast?
Cleansed and purged from sins of the past?
Why not stand together and follow our deen,
For we are the blessed Muslimeen!

So let Islam be the power of your soul.
My soul is but the depths of a blazing fire,
To worship Allah is my deepest desire,
My dream is for this nation to share one goal,
To enter Jannah, we cleanse our soul.

So let Islam be the power of your soul.

How many lives have been lost?
Oh how many tears have been shed?
Till Azrael sealed their fate,
This is all they ever said:

La-illa-ha-illalah,
There is no God but Allah,
Muhammadar-rasul-lalah,
Muhammad is His messenger.

Why do we fight?
Why do we flee?
Why can’t we live in harmony?

My dream is to have a world of peace,
For all wars and hatred to cease,
For the truth and nur, and peace to reign,
With no grief, no slaves, no pain.

So let Islam be the power of your soul.
