This dua of the Prophet Sallallahu alayhi wa

is narrated in Nasai (Book of Hadith).

اَللّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُنُوْنِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَالْبَرَصِ وَسَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ (رواه النسائي

ALLAH HUMMA INNI AA-OOTHU BIKA, MINAL JUNOO-NI,
WAL JUTHAAMI, WAL BARASI, WA SAY’YI-IL ASQAAM

Oh Allah, I seek your refuge from insanity, mutilation,
leprosy and from all serious illnesses.
