I think all forums have this limit of where you need a little time gap (of a FEW seconds) in between, until you can post again...I don't think it can be taken off and if it can theres really no point scratch

is there?

I was just replying to nisaa. It does usually give me that message although not today, forum being too slow/or my comp is.

What really annoys me is the information thing after each post.
