Sit With Allah, Lord Of Creation.

As-Salaam alaikum,

In a Hadith-Qudsi, Allah Ta'ala says:--

 "ANA JALISUN MAN ZAKARANI", meaning "I SIT WITH HIM WHO
  REMEMBERS ME." [Ahmad, Bayhaqi].

Get yourself physically purified (shower or better still, be in wudu) sit and remember Allah.... be engaged in Zirullah by reading the Holy Qur'an or salat ala Nabi or recite Zikr phrases such as

SUBHANALLAHI  WABI-HAMDIHI,  SUBHANALLAHIL-AZEEM
(Glory be to Allah and His Praise; Glory be to Allah the Almighty)...
 the 2 phrases light on the tongue, but heavy on the scale.. as
 narrated in Sahih Bukhari... or continually recite LA-ILAHA ILLALLAH.

Zikr will send peace to your heart and with it you are admitting that Allah Ta'ala has blessed us with countless favors... that He created everything, Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala...
