COURSE STRUCTURE

Al Mu'minaat presents a two day weekend structured course focusing on the key fundamental principles of Islam. The beloved Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) would seek refuge from the trials and tribulation of the grave regarding the three questions that will be asked of us.

It was narrated by al-Bara’ (رضي الله عنه) in an authentic hadith reported by Ahmed and Abu Dawud that we have been informed the Angels ask the deceased, "Who is your Lord?... What is your religion?... Who is this man who was sent among you?..."

This weekend course is the ideal opportunity to equip ourselves with essential knowledge that every Muslimah should acquire and be firm upon, increase your understanding of the three fundamental theological principles of our religion through the study of the classical text Usool ath Thalaatha that shall be taught in a unique contemporary manner.

Providing explanation and accessibility to authentic sources of knowledge with sound proofs, root evidences and a distinct study experience that merges interactive teaching techniques with traditional learning held within an exclusive sister's only friendly environment never previously provided in the UK.

The Inevitable Questioning course programme will provide focus to students on:

- Building a strong relationship with Allah

- Increasing our love for the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم)

- Bettering our understanding of our religion

This The Inevitable Questioning course is being facilitated and taught over two days (Saturday 17th May 2014 to Sunday 18th May 2014) from 10.00am to 6.00pm for female students in London by Al Mu'minaat's very own qualified female instructor.

Shaykha Umm Omar al Farouq is a graduate from King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah from which she holds a bachelor's degree, Umm Omar currently holds a Masters in Aqeedah and is a senior approved Al Mu'minaat Da'iyyah having studied and obtained Tazkiyaat directly under the programme from Dr. Khalid Douaji (Ministry of Training and Teaching) and Shaykh Dr. Abdur Rahman ibn Nasser al Hamad (a senior student of Shaykh ibn Jibreen) amongst others.

“...Two angels come to him, make him sit up and ask him, ‘Who is your Lord?’ He [the believing soul] will reply, ‘My Lord is Allaah.’
They will then ask, ‘What is your religion?’ and he will reply, ‘My religion is Islam.’
They will ask, ‘Who is this man who was sent among you?’ and he will say, ‘He is the Messenger of Allaah.’
They will then ask, ‘What was the source of your knowledge?’ and he will reply, ‘I have read Allaah’s Book, believed in it, and declared it to be true.’” (Sahih al-Bukhari))

And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], "Worship Allaah and avoid Taghut." And among them were those whom Allaah guided, and among them were those upon whom error was [deservedly] decreed. So proceed through the earth and observe how was the end of the deniers. (al Qur'an, Surat an-Nahl, 16:36)

Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said, "When the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) sent Mu‘aadh ibn Jabal to Yemen, he said to him: ’You are going to people from among the People of the Book, so let the first thing to which you call them be belief in Allaah alone.
If they accept that, then tell them that Allaah has enjoined on them five prayers every day and night.
If they pray then tell them that Allaah has enjoined on them zakah from their wealth to be taken from their rich and given to their poor. If they agree to that then take it from them but avoid the best of people‘s wealth." (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)

Allaah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds [that] for them there is forgiveness and great reward. (al Qur'an, Surat al-Ma'idah, 05:09)

On the authority of Abu 'Amr, 'Abu Amrah Sufyan ibn Abdillah ath-Thaqafi (رضي الله عنه) who stated: “I said, “O Messenger of Allaah, tell me a statement about Islam such that I will not have to ask anyone other than you”.
He answered, “Say, I believe in Allaah and then be steadfast to that”. (Sahih Muslim)
