Imaam al-Shaafi’i Rahimahullaah said: ‘There is nobody except that he has someone who loves him and someone who hates him. So if that’s the case, let a person be with the people who are obedient to Allaah `Azza Wa Jall.’

Can't they see?

Tears rolling down his cheeks
For his Ummah the Prophet weeps
His heart breaking with the fact
That we would ignore his every act.
Up until his last breath he did pray
That his Ummah would not betray
That we would not betray our deen
With tears of love, his great eyes did glean.

Can’t they see?
No signs remain of unity
Are they blind, how can they not know?
How it pains your soul, how it hurts you so?
How it breaks your heart
To see your great Ummah torn apart
The tears roll down your cheeks, fall
Your Ummah is falling, deaf to the call
Growing weaker with each generation, so weak
Blinded by their love of this world; to satisfy desires all they seek
The few who remember you struggle to continue all alone
To stand alone while others fail, swept away by the storm
They’ve forgotten the message, listening to Shaytan whisper in their ears
The storm of sin overwhelming, his devious illusions playing on our fears
Tears rolling down his cheeks
For his Ummah the Prophet weeps.

Will the lions ever roar as they did once before?
Iman once so strong, now we’ve fallen to the floor
Will they get up from their knees stand tall, answer the pleas
The world ignoring the screams, drowning in luxury and ease
Refuse to ‘bow’ down with the rest
To be brainwashed by tyrants, lest
They’re slaughtered or shot
However, they would care not

They shall have no fear
But in Allah
Even though bombs fall from the sky
And millions watch as millions die
Naming us as terrorists,
Suicide bombers, jihadists,
When Islam’s peace and unity,
Not about killing or war, rather piety…
Tears rolling down his cheeks
For his Ummah the Prophet weeps…

Send peace and blessing on our Messenger
Allahumma Salli wa sallim wa baarik alaih.
La illaha ilalla Muhammadur Rasulullah salallahu alaihi wa sallim...
